Kylie and Stephen’s Adelaide City Wedding was a nice relaxed wedding to finish off my March 2017 weddings and the last of my big wedding days before baby number 2 comes along.

I had a wonderful time photographing these Kylie and Stephen, their family and friends made me feel apart of the day not just the photographer. Congratulations Kylie and Stephen, wishing you all the happiness in the world!

I am so excited to finally share this beautiful wedding with you all!

This is one of my favourite weddings to date, Chloe and Sam have some amazing style and vision for their wedding held at the beautiful Kingsford Homestead. When I received their enquiry I was so excited I have always wanted to shoot a wedding at Kingsford Homestead in the Barossa but hadn’t had the opportunity. They decided on a first look as they wanted to spend some time with their guests after the ceremony, most of their guests and themselves are from interstate so it was really important to Chloe and Sam to be able to enjoy the time with everyone. Having a first look gave me and them plenty of time to explore the grounds and get all the photos that they wanted plus more!

You can hear more about Chloe and Sam’s wedding inspiration and plans on the recent feature on The Wedding Playbook blog.

If you have had a meeting with me recently you would have seen my excitement when I shared this beautiful new fine art wedding album sample. I am totally in love with this album, the quality is amazing. I have been waiting to show it off for a while but never could find the spare time to take photos of it but I finally I did and here it is in all its glory.

Fine art album’s are a beautiful way to preserve your wedding photographs, I know its a digital age and everyone wants that USB with 100’s of photos of your wedding day on there. But what do you think will last the longest, an album or a USB? I know my parents still have their wedding album after decades. Do you have any floppy discs or CD’s that still work? Or does your computer have the capability of playing these items? This will eventually happen with USB’s too and how often do we hear of hard drives or USB’s failing?

An album will never fail it will always be there for you to look through and remember those memories by and it tells your story. My favourite part of creating albums for my clients is piecing together the story of their wedding day and then of course checking it over before it gets handed over. Just turning the pages knowing that my work is printed and will be enjoyed for a very long time is amazing.

If you are a previous wedding client it is never too late to get an album designed and made, get in touch and I would love to work on a special book like this one just for you.
