Jo and Billie’s wedding day was an incredible day on the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia. When they originally booked they were talking about a big party with all their family and friends watching the sun go down over the sea.
As we all know some plans have had to change due to Covid and they decided to have a smaller affair which I think worked perfectly for them. They still has their wedding at The Secret Garden in Moonta Bay but instead of the big part reception they used their holiday house to put on a dinner. They had about 20 of their nearest and dearest they drank, they ate, they laughed and had fun. They even still got watch the sun go down over the sea.
One thing that Covid has showed us is that we don’t have to have the big wedding to have the best day of our lives. The most important thing on your wedding day is that you get married to your best friend and love of your life. As long as that happens it is the most perfect day.
I love photographing weddings on the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia. If you would like to view more of my work on the Yorke Peninsula click here.
